Make a short video for your customers the easy way. You talk on camera — and if you want, we'll put teammate photos in the corner and build a team thumbnail for you too.

Tip: If you want a thumbnail cover and/or corner photos, gather a professional-looking headshot of each teammate first — and one of yourself if you'll appear on the thumbnail.

Workflow

  1. Fill in the blanks, add teammates, optionally build a thumbnail, then record or upload your talking video.

  2. Place teammate photos, trim, pick quiet music, preview, then export and download your finished video.

Step 1: Prepare Your Video

Fill in a few blanks, add teammates if you want, then record or upload. Have headshots ready if you want corner photos or a team thumbnail. About 60 seconds is preferred; longer is fine.

Choose Your Script

Team Intro first, then product scripts A–Z. Corner photos follow the cues in the script you pick.

Introduce yourself and teammates in the customer's Fleet Hub.

Your Introduction

1Type the customer name and your name.
2Choose your job title and edit job duties if you want.
3Optional: click Click Here to Add Photo for your featured thumbnail photo.
Job title

Featured Photo For Thumbnail

Optional · shows you on the team thumbnail with your name and title. Does not put a small photo of you in the corner during the talking video — only teammates below can appear on screen while you speak.

Teammates To Introduce

Choose how many teammates you will introduce (not counting you).

Your Teammates

1Add photos — either click the yellow button to pick several headshots at once, or click Click Here To Add Photo on each teammate card one at a time.
2Fill in each person's name, he/she, job title, and job duties (these go into the script).
3Use ↑ ↓ if you need to change the order they are introduced.

Option A — add all photos at once: click the button below, then choose up to 2 headshots in the order you will introduce them.

Option B — one photo at a time: on each teammate card below, click Click Here To Add Photo (or Replace) and pick that person's headshot. 2 cards still need a photo.

Prepare Team Thumbnail

Optional · like a cover for your video. Customers see this team picture first, so your video looks polished and professional before you start talking.

Skip this if you only want your talking clip. The small example shows a 4-person team card — yours will use the people you add.

Add your name, title, and featured photo in Your Introduction and teammates in Your Teammates — they show up here for framing.

Test Your Microphone

Click the button below, allow Microphone when asked, then speak. The yellow bar should jump when you talk.
1Open this studio in Chrome or Edge on your computer (not only inside Cursor).
2Click Click Here to Test Microphone and choose Allow.
3Speak — if the meter moves, Follow My Voice and webcam audio can use this mic.

Script Teleprompter Practice

Practice with Follow My Voice here first. When you are ready, use Record With Camera below — camera + teleprompter works on a computer webcam or your phone.

What Follow My Voice does

Your computer listens to you. As you read the script out loud, it moves the words down the screen for you — like a TV teleprompter that keeps up with your voice. You talk; it scrolls.

How to use it

  1. Click Follow My Voice below and choose Allow for the microphone.
  2. Read the line at the yellow guide out loud, at a normal speaking pace.
  3. Watch the words highlight and the script move as it hears you. Keep reading until you finish.
  4. When you feel ready, go to Record With Camera and use Follow My Voice the same way for your real take.

This needs Chrome or Edge on your computer so it can listen while you read.
Sends the script back to the very first line so you can start over.
Adds more space between lines so your eyes can move down the page more easily.
Makes the words larger or smaller. Pick what is easiest to read on your screen.

Click Follow My Voice, allow the mic, then read out loud — the script will follow you.

Disclaimer: This script was built automatically from the blanks you filled in. You can edit it, remove parts, or replace it with your own script.

1Practice with Follow My Voice until the script feels natural (Chrome or Edge works best).
2Then record with Record With Camera below (computer webcam or phone) — same Follow My Voice button.
3Edit the script below anytime if you want different wording.

Edit Script Here

You can change any wording in this box. Edits become your custom script and also show on the webcam teleprompter.

Recording Tips

Use Record With Camera below on a computer or phone. Open tips for Computer Webcam or Phone Camera if you want device-specific advice (or the Camera app upload path).

Video Format

Choose before you record — preview, corner photos, and export all match

1Pick Landscape 16:9 or Portrait 4:3 for the finished video.
2Optional: tap Live camera preview to see yourself in both shapes (gray box = where a teammate photo will sit).
3Record or upload in that same shape (webcam preview matches it on desktop and phone).

See yourself in landscape and portrait before you record. Gray box = teammate photo spot.

Record With Camera

Record here with your camera and teleprompter — works with a computer webcam or your phone camera. Selfie opens first; use Flip to switch. Prefer the phone's built-in Camera app instead? See Recording Tips → Phone Camera, then upload the file.
Recording tip — look at the camera: On a computer or laptop, scroll this page so the teleprompter words sit near the top of your monitor, right under your webcam. Your eyes read left to right up there, so you look toward the center of the lens — not down at the middle of the screen. That makes the video feel more natural.
1Match Landscape 16:9. On a computer, scroll so the script is near the top of the screen (close to the webcam). On a phone, hold it upright (portrait) or sideways (landscape). Frame waist to top of head.
2Tap Start Camera and allow camera + microphone. Selfie opens first — use Flip for the rear camera if you need it.
3Follow My Voice, then Start Recording. Use Pause or Stop anytime.

Upload A Saved Video (Optional)

Prefer to skip recording here? Choose a video from your phone photo album or computer — match the Video Format you picked (landscape or portrait). On iPhone, wait a moment after you pick the clip. Otherwise, use Record With Camera above.
1Only use this if you already have a saved recording on this computer in the same shape as Video Format.
2Otherwise go back up to Record With Camera — easiest with the teleprompter and Follow My Voice.

On iPhone: tap the video once, then tap the blue ✓ at the top right to add it (not only the checkmark on the thumbnail).
